Registration Information
Registrants for the 9th International Ankle Symposium (IAS) On-Demand can access all the contents, including Keynote speakers presentations, Educational and Scientific sessions, and Sponsors pages.
All the contents are available to access for a month from October 29th to November 27th, 2022.
Besides the On-Demand content, we are planning to have an online kick-off event to begin our symposium.
We will announce updates on our website, Twitter, and Facebook page, so please check them out regularly so that you will not miss out on the important information!
You can register our symposium by November 17th (Thur) and access through November 27th (Sun).
We hope you enjoy all the contents!
Registration Fees

All prices are in Japanese yen (¥).
All the fees and taxes are included in the price.
Our registration site will be open when it is ready. We will accept online payment only.
The registration payment must be received in full before a registrant gains access to the conference.
*Professional Student: Please select this category if you have a license or certification in your profession (or a researcher) and are a full-time/part-time student.
**Pre-Professional Student: Please select this category if you are studying to obtain a professional license/certification in your pursuing profession.
Registration Terms and Conditions
These are the key terms and conditions related to attending the 9th International Ankle Symposium (IAS) and/or its affiliates ("9th IAS", "we" or "us"). By registering for the 9th IAS On-Demand, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you are completing the registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made the attendee or participant aware of these terms and they acknowledge that you are accepting these terms and conditions on their behalf.
Conduct
All registrants are expected to act professionally at all times while participating in 9th IAS On-Demand and act consistent with any policies of 9th IAS governing ethics, conduct and behavior. Failure to act consistent with any 9th IAS conduct standards may result in, among other consequences, the immediate removal of the offending person from the event.
Registered users should keep and manage their email addresses and passwords on their own responsibility. We assume no responsibility for the loss or damage caused by the lost, theft or misuse of the email addresses or/and passwords by third parties.
Privacy Policy
The 9th IAS is committed to protecting the privacy of its attendees. The full privacy policy is available on the 9th IAS website. We shall use provided information to send important event information and validate attendance.
Registrants must accept these terms and conditions during the registration process.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation refunds will be available until September 30th, 2022. Cancellation/refund requests must be sent in writing to the 9th IAS Organizing Secretariat (email to ias2021.oneteam@gmail.com), and refunds are credited back to the original payer via the method they were received.
Notification of cancellation of registration will be subject to the following conditions:
・Cancellation notification received before September 30th, 2022:
The payment will be refunded after the conference, minus 30% of the amount paid.
・Cancellation notification received after October 1st, 2022:
No refund will be provided.
